一、抗静电型产品  Anti-static Products

抗静电型龙宇钢系列产品主要是由多种抗静电剂复合填充龙宇钢聚甲醛改性制成。该系列产品具有较低的表面电阻率、体积电阻率和良好的抗静电性能。

The anti-static LOYOCON series products are mainly made of Loyocon modified polyoxymethylene  compound filled with a variety of  anti-static agents. This series of products has low surface resistivity, volume resistivity, and good anti-static performance.

该系列产品可用于挤出和注塑成型工艺，用于制作高性能电子电器配件、煤矿用各种密封件、办公设备和粉尘工作环境中的各种部件以及抗静电要求的棒材和板材等。

This series of products can be used in extrusion and injection molding processes to produce high-performance electronic and electrical accessories, various seals for coal mines, various components in office equipment and dust working environments, as well as bars and plates with anti-static requirements.

二、玻纤增强系列产品Glass Fiber Reinforced Series Products

增强型龙宇钢系列产品主要是由玻璃纤维、无机矿物等填充龙宇钢聚甲醛改性制成。该系列产品具有高强度、高刚性、成型收缩小以及良好的耐热性和抗蠕变性能等优点。

该系列产品可用于挤出和注塑成型工艺，用于制作电吹风配件、烘干机外壳、暖气配管部件、浴缸附件、LED罩等。

The reinforced Loyocon series products are mainly made of the modified LOYOCON polyoxymethylene filled with glass fibers, inorganic minerals, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high strength, high rigidity, small molding shrinkage, good heat resistance and creep resistance.

This series of products can be used in extrusion and injection molding processes.It is used to make hair dryer accessories, dryer shells, heating piping fittings, bathtub accessories, LED covers, etc.

三、增韧型系列产品 Toughened Series Products

产品简介

增韧型龙宇钢系列产品主要是在龙宇钢聚甲醛中加入多种弹性体材料改性制成。该系列产品具有耐低温、润滑、静音等优点。

产品用途

该系列产品可用于挤出和注塑成型工艺，用于制作韧性要求较高的箱包扣具、童车配件、汽车内饰把手、耐冲击轴瓦、柔性齿轮、仪表精密器件等。

Product Introduction

The toughened Loyocon series products are mainly modified by adding a variety of elastomer materials to the Loyocon POM. This series of products has the advantages of low temperature resistance, lubrication, mute,etc.

Product Use

This series of products can be used in extrusion and injection molding processes, and is used to make luggages with high toughness requirements, buggy accessories, automotive interior handles, impact resistant bearing bush, flexible gears, instrument precision devices, etc.
